Refund Policy

Emerald Swing does not offer any refunds once the booking has been paid and confirmed.

Emerald Swing offers the possibility to exchange/sell your pass to other person interested in attending the festival, if Emerald Swing is informed in advance. Only same role & level changes will be allowed.

NOTE: The ticket holder remains responsible to find a buyer and arrange the details. Emerald Swing only needs to be informed and will not be held responsible for issues resulting from attempting to sell a ticket purchased in this website.
